These terms govern your use of this website, operated by ZSTronics LLC (“ZSTronics”, “we”). Client engagements are governed by the fixed written quote and statement of work you sign — where those conflict with this page, the signed documents win.

Content on this site is provided for information. Metrics labeled “typical for this type of automation” are industry figures, not a promise about your results — your written quote states what we actually commit to. We may update site content at any time.

Published pricing bands are honest starting ranges, not binding offers; every engagement begins with a fixed written quote. The 30-day guarantee (“first automation live in 30 days or you don’t pay”) applies as defined in the quote, which states the scope it covers and the client inputs it depends on.

Site content, the ZSTronics name, and our original diagrams and animations are ours. n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, WhatsApp, QuickBooks, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an independent consultancy and claim no affiliation or endorsement. For client work: on full payment, you own the workflows and code we build for you — no lock-in.

Don’t attack, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to defeat the security of this site. Automated rate limits apply to form endpoints; malicious traffic may be blocked without notice.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZSTronics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our LLC registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
